1% of the worth of property = `{\frac {Rs.16,000}{1.6}}`
100% of the worth of property = `{\frac {Rs.16,000}{1.6}}` x 100
100% of the worth of property = Rs.100,000
The worth of Adnan's property is Rs.100,000.
