To find area of Rectangular region when its length and width are known (WP-2: Mensuration of Rectangle)

Calculate the area of rectangle having length = 10 cm and width = 15 cm   (Ans. Rs. 150 cm²)

Given Data:

Length of rectangle = 10 cm

Width of rectangle = 15 cm

To Find:

Area of rectangle = ?

Solution:

We know that 

Area of rectangle = Length ｘ Width

by putting values

Area of rectangle = 10 cm  ｘ 15 cm 

Area of rectangle = 150 cm² -------------Ans.
